Egregious bot hallucination

Bot sitting north in ACBL IMPs Speedball game. I was sitting west so it won some IMPs for me and my partner...but this seemed particularly bad (and contravened the written explanation [4+ ♣, 2- ♠, 11-12 total points], not to mention any bridge logic within my comprehension). Feel free to criticize my 2♥ bid but it surely scrambled the bot's brain :D

Assuming it is a GIBBO robot, it has no "brain" and it is one of the worst "bridge players" of all time, so insane bidding by a GIBBO robot is never a surprise.

Excellent bidding by GIB. I don't see expert human players getting to the excellent, cold contract of 3♣.
