I would know if it's possible to find a guide for TDs in the last version of BBO.

Pay tournaments have some extra tools and features, but usually when you're granted access to pay tourney director tools you also receive training, since each pay game has its own procedures, depending on who organizes them.

If you need help with something specific, you can always email tournaments@bridgebase.com and ask.
