Hi all. Is it possible to organize tournaments for my friends on bbo
without ACBL. It could be free or wiht little fees.

Highly unofficial answer: No, not at this time, unless you've been grandfathered in. Eventually, at a cost. Always, only to experienced BBO people who aren't going to go "first login, then set up a 22 table tournament, and BBO gets all the flak when the TD can't handle it and doesn't know how if they could."

BBO has couple of options for independent clubs and private groups that are not affiliated to any National Bridge Organization.
