This has happened several times. I wrote to BBo about a month ago; apparently they are too busy to reply. I'm in the middle of playing a hand - and I am NOT a slow player - and suddenly a message pops up saying "are you there? BBo thinks you are away - click here or you will be disconnected"
It's very annoying and I can't understand how this can happen when it 's not even ten seconds since my last move!

This has happened several times and it is very annoying. People post support questions in the 'Natural Bidding Discussion' forum and expect an answer, while in the BBO Support Forum an answer is easily found Posted Image

It may not be the answer you want but it is best you are going to get: https://www.bridgeba...om-my-keyboard/

BBO Support is very busy and have probably prioritised your request correctly, but there are BBO staff on the forums plus loads of volunteers around to help.
The Beer Card

I don't work for BBO and any advice is based on my BBO experience over the decades
