Help
For some unknown reason my BBO screen froze in the middle of play.
Symptoms: I am unable to click buttons/cards/anything. I did hear that it is my turn, but I am unable to move with my mouse. I guess keyboard was inactive too. I can hear that someone sends a private message, but I don't see the message itself.
After about 120 minutes i tried to resize browser window. This fixed the display. I was not at the table any more. I saw the private messages. I was able to continue.

I have the same problem. I use Windows 10, chrome browser.

Are you using BBO in a tab and browsing around other tabs while waiting for your turn?

What solved this really annoying lock-down problem for me was clicking on the circled i in the address bar to the left of the www.bridgebase and making sure I set everything to allow. This works on Windows 10 systems Chrome browser.

My partner and I separately have had the same problem with the screen freezing. In separate games, I had to be replaced and the next game he had to be replaced. Our opponents were equally frustrated with the resulting delays. In both cases, we checked and had no internet problems. BBO needs to fix this problem or you will lose players.
