I am new to BBO forum but I am old member of BBO.

1. Recently I was informed by BBO that my profile did not contain my email address. How do I add my email address on my profile ?
2. When someone answers to my post how do I come to know ? Have I to repeatedly login here, or I get alert when I login on BBO.

Help needed on both above.

Click on your name at the to right, select My Settings, and go to Change Email Address.

To get an email when someone replies in a particular thread, click on "Watch Topic" at the top of the thread. You can configure the types of notifications you get by going to the Notification Options tab of My Settings. One of the options there is to automatically watch any topic you reply in.

I thought you were talking about your profile in the forum, not your profile in the BBO application.

You can't edit your email address in the BBO application. It was possible in the Windows download version. The web version doesn't show emails, and doesn't allow you to edit them.

If this is true how do I insert my email address into my BBO profile and who do in BBO I request to add this option in BBO profiles.

You can write to support@bridgebase.com, they can add it.

The only thing it's used for is if you forget your password and need to reset it.
