7 is out since a good player would have bid 4 over 4 if that contract would be reasonable.
I would bid 5NT (pick a slam). I see the choice between 6 and 6NT.

Since I can think of only a tiny number of hand types where 6c will make and 6n has no play
and another small set of hands where 6c has no play because the suit breaks badly and 6n
makes I will just go ahead and bid the MP top 6N and not worry about clubs at IMPS I would
be more inclined to offer a choice with 5N. Agree that 7 should be out of consideration.

I never said either player was good.

I'd like to know what you think opener holds and what LA would you prefer, 6 or 6NT?
