This started to happen to me a lot lately in GIB duplicate events.
Here is the last one
KJ8754
23
You can afford to lose 2 tricks in this suit. It is either trumps or your main suit in NT. I played low towards dummy and GIB plays 9, I play J and lose to Q. And then later i play low to K8754 now GIB plays low. I thought GIB would play small from T9x previous round so now it is trying to create a losing option for me by playing 9 (or T) from ATx A9x and i play K of course losing to AQ doubleton for going down.
This happened like at least 3-4 times to me recently. Beware of this type of positions against GIB. It does not create a losing option. It just messes with your nerves.

Beware of GIB creating a losing option It just creates a winning option for you.

"Genius has its own limitations, however stupidity has no such boundaries!"
"It's only when a mosquito lands on your testicles that you realize there is always a way to solve problems without using violence!"
"Well to be perfectly honest, in my humble opinion, of course without offending anyone who thinks differently from my point of view, but also by looking into this matter in a different perspective and without being condemning of one's view's and by trying to make it objectified, and by considering each and every one's valid opinion, I honestly believe that I completely forgot what I was going to say."

GIB has no nerves hehe, it does often like to play the highest card it can afford instantly when discarding and you can't glean any information from it.

The G in GIB stands for Grosvenor. Did you not know that?
Psych (pron. saik): A gross and deliberate misstatement of honour strength and/or suit length. Expressly permitted under Law 73E but forbidden contrary to that law by Acol club tourneys.
Psyche (pron. sahy-kee): The human soul, spirit or mind (derived, personification thereof, beloved of Eros, Greek myth).
Masterminding (pron. mstr-mnding) tr. v. - Any bid made by bridge player with which partner disagrees.
"Gentlemen, when the barrage lifts." 9th battalion, King's own Yorkshire light infantry,
2000 years earlier: "morituri te salutant"
"I will be with you, whatever". Blair to Bush, precursor to invasion of Iraq
