Am unable to upload a Profile Picture."Stock pictures" space shows "error in accessing Stock pictures,
While the Select Picture button in Upload profile picture does not work.
Grateful for suggestions

Pictures are disabled at this time, to ease system load, which have been unstable at peak times.

I see the same problem. I understand the reason given by Gerado but wish the UI were tweak to reflect the situation, e.g. change "Profile Image" text to "Profile Image (Temporarily Disabled)". Then it will clear it is not outright broken and this will reduce the support load. I was about to create a separate post about the same problem but decided to search first.
