Adding a member to a table or team Unable to add a specific member

I've just started setting up teams on BBO. Everyone I invite received the invitation apart from 1 specific member. I receive a message telling me he has declined the invitation but he doesn't even receive it. Something similar happens when I simply invite him to a table. He never receives the invitation. Others are able to invite him to tables and teams.
Can anyone help?

Has he inadvertently marked you as an enemy (or Ignore)?
