Assuming these hands are within the opening 1NT range, 1NT. Playing a weak NT, 1♣ for both. Hand type is more important than honour concentration.

IMO, this is a good thread for the N/B Forum. Newer, inexperienced players overthink these things, when they could just look and the size and shape of their hand, make the bid, and get on with life.
