Your 2C opening is natural, 10-14, denies a 4-card major. 2D is similar.
So it's 6+ or 5-4 with the other minor.
Over 2C, 2D is strong relay (shape ask) while 2H/S are "constructive" say 8-11 pts.
After 2C - 2H, how should opener rebid?
How about
2S = good heart raise. Or should it be a scramble with 3-1-4-5 or very similar?
2N = MAX with 6 clubs. 3-1-3-6 possible. How about a good 3-1-4-5?
3C = min with 6 clubs.
3D+ whatever
Less options after
2C - 2S
Presumbably a weak 1-3-4-5 will pass.
Okay it would be better here to play 1S = diamonds but we don't.

I assume 2m can't show 22(54) and that you open 1N with this....
We do something similar to this for 2C responses. It actually works better for you because your 2C has fewer hand patterns.
2D-shows heart invites or is GF relay
.....2H-0 or 1 heart
..........P-6 hearts
..........2S-GF relay
...............2N-3145
...............3C-3136
...............3D-2137
...............3H-3127
...............3S-3037
..........other-natural, invitational
.....2S-2 hearts and 6+ clubs
..........2N-GF relay
...............3C-1237
...............3D-3217
...............3H-2236
...............3S-3226
...............3N-2227
.....2N-1345
.....3C-3 hearts, higher short
.....3D-2326
.....3H-3316
.....3S-2317
.....3N-3307
2H-5+ spades
.....2S-0-1 spade
..........P-6 spades
.....2N-2 spades, weak
.....3C-2 spades, strong
.....3D-3 spades, weak
.....3H-3 spades, strong
2S-GI without a major, may or may not have club fit
2N-constructive raise
3C-to play
3D-GI natural
3H/3S/3N-splinters in support of clubs

I think any further action should be constructive or competitive, except 3♣ to play with a 6 card suit and no interest in ♥. So perhaps otherwise we let it stand with a stiff, void or small doubleton in ♥, until opps act.

2D is similar.
Just curious, do you play 2NT as an invitational+ forcing enquiry after this?

We play symmetric relay, where responder bids the step as a shape-ask.
So
2♥ = virtual GF 13+ any
2♠ = NF,
2N = inv, say 11-13.
There is a case for 3♣ = hearts (Marston's idea) but we don't.
Shape-showing is up a step, which is a small pain. The big risk is missing some 5-3 heart fits. Eh bien.
