1♦,1♠,1NT, 2♣ (NMF)
1♦,1♠,1NT, 3♣?
Rosenkrantz plays it as 4♠ and 6♣ NF
My partner plays it as 4♠ and 5+ ♣ which is invitational to 3NT with a club fit and solid stoppers in the unbid suits.
Anyone else use this treatment? What is your meaning of the 3C bid?

signoff for me.
For completeness sake, responder's 3D would be a natural invite with 4♠ and 2C-2D-3D is a natural invite with 5♠ the way I prefer to play. (2C forces 2D from p while direct 2D is GF)

I like Rosenkranz' method. 1m-1♠-1NT-2m-3m, where m is either minor (Rosenkranz plays 2m as Two Way Checkback, much the same as 2 Way Stayman (2♣ is not a relay). An invitational hand bids 2♣ over 1NT.
