What do you bid? Is there a standard/conventional bid for this hand (5 card majors)?

I bid 2 = invitational+ with 3-card support.

Perfectly? With 3 baby hearts? I don't think so. 2S ia ok, but it certainly is not an ideal bid with this heart holding. 2NT natural is ok as well.

2 showing an invite raise with good stopper (so partner can rightside NT with Qx) is also ok, but face it, nobody plays that...

Perhaps not, but a number do play 2D as a transfer to H and you can then follow up with a natural 2NT bid; that appears to be the best of all worlds.
