Hi

What is the best way to work on timing of a hand while playing a contract, all to often I play the right suit at the wrong time ( that is not claiming that the other times I get it right either ). how can I improve this aspect of my game

Read up on this subject - try Kelsey's "Test your timing".
And play a lot of hands.
Kind regards,
Harald

Test your Timing is GREAT. I wish there were more books of this genre.

Looks like this book is out of print and no luck finding any old copies for sale. Maybe Carl's site has one?

Play, play and play. Practice is everything. Look at your mistakes, remember them and don't repeat them.
BE COOL!

I found it at the bookstand on sale in SF. Can't remember which seller.

Test Your Timing is currently unavailable on my website. When I do have it, used, I typically sell it for $6.00 -- as opposed to the total lunacy you see here:

http://product.half....41QQcpidZ516836

Those prices are the result of drop-shipper pricing software gone astray.

Finding a copy on my website is, well .... just a matter of timing.
