Is 3N over 3♥ an attempt to play there ? difficult in a pickup partnership, but for us would be a diamond cue at which point the E hand is great with bad hearts, either ace asking or 5♥ (good side suits, bad trumps) lead to 6♥.

With a pickup I would assume 3N as a natural offer to play there (especially if the initial questions about control bidding received disappointing answers, as in this case).
In most regular partnerships it would be non-serious but in one spades control.

This depends on partnership agreement; with a certain partner I would take it as weak, but with a pick-up I assume forcing as a 1♥ response would have been forcing. Bear in mind that 1N and X are also available here; the former would be weak, while the later is somewhat of a stopgap.
