New popup ad

I started getting a popup for (ironically?) a popup blocker. I don't see any way to close it. It blocks the hands and I cannot play.

Anybody else have this issue? How do I make it go away? First try at blocking popups on bridgebase.com hasn't worked.

I am not a BBO+ member.
