1♠ - 2♣ (not GF, in principle 4+ but might be 3433)
2♦(forcing at least 5-4)-3♠ (3 card support, 10-bad 12)

Cue bidding style - first cue in partner's suit will be high card, otherwise A, K, singleton, void, 4N RKCB 5♣ exclusion

For the 1st one I d like to know what your NT openings are. For me playing 15-17, despite the strong concentration, I have to open 1NT otherwise I will never describe my hand well. If I believe it was worth 18, I should now GF as 3H could be a good 14 or shapely 12-13 with good structure.

For the 2nd one, 3NT if not nat would allow cheap cue bidding and hopefully have partner skip 4C. But I will not overly insist on slam. CAK are not necessarily bad cards allowing to ditch 2 losing H. Tough habd.

2. 4♦ seems normal. Annoying that partner jumped, taking away space really tends to hurt slam auctions. What would cheaper rebids than 3♠ have shown?

1: Could also be a working 2 count
2: 2♠ likely to be a misfitting 10-11 with 2 spades and can be passed

Support with support. On competitive auctions degree of fit comes first, the ranges have to adapt to the available bidding space.

1: Weak no trump 12-14 so 15-18 balanced is quite likely
2: 3N could I suppose be passed if 3415 with values in the curlies
