Import Deals from Tournaments

Hello, I am trying to import deals from a tournament to my Hand Records folders.
When I am entering to the played hands page, and clicking on "LIN" on the board,
and in my hand records clicking import LIN file, sometimes it is working but sometimes
it is importing an empty deal.
I am doing something wrong, or not?
