Normally I would cash the ace and find out if partner has a singleton or doubleton and keep leading spades to try and get a trump promotion. The thread title, however, leads me to think this is a hint and the solution is a squeeze breakup switch where partner holds something potentially useful in both minor suits, in which case my guess is to switch to a club, maybe partner holds Kxxx, but I have no idea how to defend against a upcoming squeeze so this is a pure shot in the dark.

Declarer has 4 loser spades in dummy that need to be disposed of.

To me, the best lead at trick 2 is to switch to a low trump... aiming to cut down ruffs into the closed hand.
