The West bot disrupted the auction with a disgraceful Capelletti psych and left me in no-mans land with 5 club game and 3Nt game going begging
I always thought I could trust the West bot to be honest

Imagine the disappointment

It is the sort of bid I would make myself but imagine the disappointment at only losing 4 spade tricks and not 5

Wouldn't you have counted 5 losers in no trumps or gambled on the bots not finding their defense

Keep it simple. 25 points means 3nt

I don't find Robot West's bid psychic or disgraceful, the spades are well worth 5 cards and the diamonds shortage is useful.
The game force was induced (rightly) by your Robot partner, but it does look like you are looking for a poor score by pinpointing the spades weakness rather than simply blessing your luck for the long clubs fit and bidding 3NT Nespresso.

In defence of West I did say it was a bid I would have made
Clearly not a psych

It was enough to get me and my north bot to miss 3nt and one other table to pass 3c

Someone else stopped in 2c via 1d opening and only around half made their 3nt

Come to think of it my first instinct was to pass Lebensohl

I know 15+10+ usually is automatically 3nt

Note: I am presently discussing the hand with my TD GPT and plan to ask it about Lebensohl later. It hasn't started well since all the conversations have North and South flipped. Despite that it was able to identify the pros and cons of the options available quite successfully
