UPDATE: As of approximately 7-8 PM US Eastern Time (1-2 AM Central European Time), BBO has shown stability for players and is nearing its regular operational status. The core issue hasn't been entirely addressed, however players are less likely to experience any related disruptions.

On September 7, at approximately 16:30 US Eastern Time (22:30 Central European Time) BBO became unstable, exhibiting the following symptoms, intermittently:
- Login Difficulties: Some users are experiencing slow response times when trying to log in. Please be patient, as the system should eventually grant access.
- Platform Errors: Once logged in, users may encounter intermittent issues, such as tournament lists and profiles not loading correctly.
- TD Tools: For those who are Tournament Directors, be advised that certain TD tools might not function as expected intermittently.
- Homepage unavailable, intermittently
- Other tools and side utilities malfunctioning.
Our technical team has identified the root cause and is actively working to resolve it. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are making every effort to restore the platform to its full functionality as soon as possible.
