4♥=6+♥, 4+♣, 11- HCP, 11-12 total points


With a better ♥-suit, it might be right to play 4♥, even knowing partner has a double. But I think for once the explanation is right, so the bid is wrong.

the original pass of north suggest some kind of Natural System / 0-11(12) HCP
with 10 HCP and 20 TT SOME PLAYER WILL BE TEMPTED TO OPEN 1 ♥ /
IDK what monster South hold to bid 2NT facing an opening Pass
