Card symbols in chat

Hi All

I've seen some players use card symbols in the chat box.

Can anyone tell me how you do this please?

Exclamation mark followed by C, D, H or S.

For example, 1!c will generate 1♣

For me at least, " 1c " will also generate 1♣.
Which is actually a nuisance, as it isn't language sensitive and there are some 2 letter words (e.g. "ha" in Italian) that will generate a spurious card symbol.

You might be using BBOHelper that makes that translation automatically. If so you can write to the author about specific words

BBOHelper has two options

"Automatically insert ! for cards, bids and suits in chat window"

"Automatically insert ! for cards, bids and suits in claim window"

I just disabled them.

It's not part of BBO but a third party extension you can install in your browser.
