Friends not appearing in people tab

Can anyone tell me why some of my friends or people I follow are no longer appearing when I click the people tab?

I run a number of online tournaments and it makes it difficult to check everyone is online.

I had this problem today too. However I have just logged out and back in and they are all there now! Very strange!

Thanks for the reply but they are waiting to play in my free tournaments so are not in the casual club. It has been going on for about a week now, but only certain people. The rest are OK :(
