Unable to set up a casual game 4 players unable to get invites although online

HELP! 4 of us usually have a casual game but today we cannot set one up. We are all 'on-line' logged in but as soon as I set up the game the other 3 disappear and I disappear from their screens. Is there anything we can do? I managed to get us into a teaching game but of course no good as I could see all the hands!

Hi,

BBO was just upgraded and now whenever someone clicks the Casual button they are taken to a different server. This is why people appear and disappear. Every time you click Casual you switch to another BBO.

To start a set game, all 4 of you need to click the Casual button. Once you are all in the Casual area it will work.
