I played against a player that stated to wright terrible things to and about me. I dont know why, but it was really bad. I asked him to leave, but he refused. what can I do to complain about him?

I think you should learn to stand up for yourself. This is Bridge Base, for tough hard men. If someone bullies you you need to show them what you are made of. For example, the other day my partner was playing Benji so I sent him some angry mad messages, challenged him to a fight, and then played as though he didn't play Benji. That's what I'm made of.

Are you trying to be rude and insult me?

I guess at least you're not trying to go all Benji on me. I'll let it slide.

No I wasn't, and sorry if I gave that impression. But I either don't understand what you are trying to say or strongly disapprove of it, and not due to lack of irony or excess of political correctness either. I don't think anger, challenges or disrepectful play belong here. I suspect you will find that in the policies of BBO too.

Let's all calm down. I think incentre was being sarcastic.

Incentre, sarcasm isn't always obvious on the Internet.

IMO, Barmar is right about incentre's intentions. Intention can be clarified with an appropriate emoticon e.g. smiliey :).
