Hi all,
How do you call the director after the tournament is over, for an adjustment on hand 12 e.g.? I can understand this may not be possible if this is their break time but the "call director" button is not available after the tournament ends.

After tournament is over it's all a bit of a mess in general, but it was the same on the original BBO client and so we're not supposted to complain.
I'd settle for lesser things like some clear visual statement that the hand is over, that the final claim if any has been accepted, that it is nobody's turn to play (no yellow bars), the ability to see in history how the final hand went other tables, that kind of stuff

All the ACBL directors have names of the form ACBL_##. So go to the People tab and search for the username "ACBL". The ones that are online will be listed at the top, you can chat with one of them to ask for an adjustment. We have a 20-minute correction period for ACBL tourneys.

Report them to abuse@bridgebase.com. The new version also has a "Report Abuse" button in the player's profile.

Also, mark them as "Ignore" in your friends list. They won't be able to chat to you, and if either of you uses "Take me to a table" you won't be taken to the same table.
