GIB plays systems on after a 2♣ overcall. 2NT would have been a transfer to 3♣.

I can think of two robots that included psychs. The first was COBRA. It had some idea that in 3rd seat you should randomly bid with bad hands some percentage of the time.

Blue chip bridge has or at least had in an early version a tick box for include psychs. I don't have a recent version of this so no idea if they still have it, and no idea what it actually does.

Of course!! Thank you for waking me up. I have played that treatment for many years. For some reason, I did not recognize it the current context.
