explain bid of gib also to partner

When gib explain bid, it would be useful also for the gib partner to know the meaning of some bid. Expecially in tournment with 3 bots

If you hover your mouse over a bid, or press and hold in the mobile app, the meaning that your robot partner gives your bid will be shown.
