Playing robot bridge, I often reach what seems like a completely normal 4H or 4S contract and make it, only to learn that others have beaten me in NT. What's a good guideline for determining when to play 3NT even though you have an 8-card major fit?

Read Matchpoints by Kit Woolsey it tells all you would want.
Not sure how you get Gib to read it and use it?

Do you ever see perfectly normal 4♥/4♠ contracts make and 3NT only make 3 or go down?
