I know freak hands like these are probably too rare to spend time on fixing, but nonetheless, I wonder exactly what the robot was thinking with a bid of 3NT:

(Basic bot, and I expect an Advanced bot would find something better, but still.)

Embarrassing.North has a 2 loser hand, points are meaningless on this hand to make a NF 3N bid means N doesn't understand bridge. If south had passed (with weaker hand) instead of opening there is still some chance for 7red. Surely after a 3 bid which shows some extras, some sort of slam try is in order.

It looks like a 14 point balanced 7-6 to me.

Poor lighting, that's all. Two of the hearts looked like clubs and three of the diamonds looked like spades. Don't blame North, he's getting old and his eyesight is going. :) [True story, to some extent! At a tournament once, an opp opened 1NT with a void because in the mediocre lighting two of his cards looked like they were in another suit]

I wonder how one could accurately get to 7D or 7H here. North could try to set hearts as trumps somehow, but then is there such a thing as double-exclusion RKC? Perhaps 3H; 4H-5C; 5D-5NT; 6D (one of AKQ)-7H
