chat tab on the right

Is there a way to move the chat so that it appears on the bottom of the screen instead of the chat tab on the right?

It's too easy for me to miss an opponents inquiry if I'm checking my results.
When a deaf person goes to court is it still called a hearing?
What is baby oil made of?

I don't know the technical term for it but try moving the table part of the screen up from the bottom (I discovered this by moving trying to make the table bigger by moving it down towards the bottom).

cklick the grey bars to change the size of different areas. Click, keep pressed and move the mouse.

Specifically, you want to drag the horizontal bar at the bottom of the playing area up. The chat area is below this, and when it's large enough it will move back there.
