This is from solitair bridge, i. e., in an environment where one may find it funny. Apart from this, it's completely crazy. What happened?

I bid hearts first, then spades. GIB partner raises my spades. I raise to full game in spades and get corrected to 5♥. Why?
Because the spades raise is actually a heart raise, that's what the labels say. I missed that and I also missed that my 4♠ bid was considered a cue bid. So the correction to hearts is only logical.
Except that the labels are wrong and the player has 5 cards in spades and a void in hearts!

Indeed, the explanations are bizarre.

But if I was just playing bridge, I would assume that 3♠ set trumps and that 5♥ was a cuebid.

That's what it looks like indeed. But if I was just playing bridge and 3♠ was setting trumps, I would assume it cannot be forcing (after an initial pass), only invitational; and if it was only invitational, 5♥ could not be a cuebid after I accept the invitation.
