Lost 91-48 but I don't know how it went. I appreciate that you are trying to get people to talk about the match afterwards. The point would be to have a community here which we'd represent and then come back after the battle and tell them about it. You are over reacting on that one. foobar PMed me because he wanted to play two weeks later, there was no thread posted for that match at that moment. I guess he could have started a discussion himself, but don't mind if it didn't cross his mind to do that.

Yes I was. Sorry, I didn't mean anything personal by this! Mainly I was imagining these threads turning into:

diana_eva: OK this week we will play with X-Y-Z-W
(empty)

And definitely not because of the PM applications but because of the missing reports. The emptiness from the lack of actual sign-ups is just a tertiary thing and I shouldn't have mentioned it.

I agree with your general sentiment gwnn. I was expecting the games to generate discussion, interesting hands, etc. I played quite a few and sometimes there really aren't hands worth posting (even on the big swings sometimes it's very clear what went wrong). But a brief report with how the match went shouldn't be too hard to post IMO.
