Tricky Defence.
Adjusted to make South declarer.

Pivot Squeeze.
Adjusted to make South declarer.
LHO led ♦K (ducked) and switched to ♣2.
I settled for 9 tricks -- all that I can make on the actual layout (where East held ♥KQxxx)..
If the layout had been as on the left, however, then you can make the contract, by an unusual squeeze. that I call a pivot squeeze (♥T is the pivot).

Thank you for the game team-mates. And thanks to Diana_eva for organising it. It was fun!
Here is one of several deals from the JEC match, on which I failed to star in the bidding or the play.
How should I have bid it?
You are East, declarer in a daft 5♣ contract, South leads a ♦ to North's ♦J and you ruff. You cash ♥A. When you lead ♥K, LHO ruffs with ♣2.
I misplayed the contract but, on the actual layout, you can't make..
On the imaginary layout on the left, GIB says defenders can still succeed, but declarer can put South to the test, because he has to be careful.
