Lead problem - is there a marked expertish lead? What would you lead here?

Don't like the 4nt bid. 3nt looks obvious to me. The 3h bid does not guarantee 3 card support, so why the hurry? 3C has already shown a good hand. Mind you, I don't play 2 over 1 .
