There is no way I am looking for slam opposite anything over there, and while 3N is almost certainly cold, despite the horrific breaks, there is no plausible lie of the cards where we don't get between 500 and 1100. On a great day, partner is over there with void J109xx AJxx AQxx and we take 5 minor suit winners (only in one's dreams does one take 6 minor winners) and then declarer and I play tic-tac-toe in trump with dummy's AK in hearts taking no trick.
I'm going to get endplayed a few times, but that's ok...I only get endplayed by winning a trump trick
My prediction is that passing will most often score 800. Will score 1100 slightly more often than 500.
edit: this reminds me of a silly hand from a regional in Edmonton back in the late 70's. I held J109xxxx xx xx xx and LHO opened 1♠ vul at imps and partner doubled. I passed and opener, not a strong player ( ) bid 2♠. My partner passed slowly and so, eventually, did I.
Declarer misplayed and went down 1. Not much similarity, but it isn't often one gets to defend 2♠ holding 7 trump.

have the opportunity to double them for a large penalty. This is that
opportunity. We play takeout doubles because they are far more common
than these type of hands so we passed knowing there was a fair chance
opener would x and now we sit (stop all that drooling) and collect a
hopefully really really huge monster penalty.
I suspect if this were a poll it would be well over 90% in favor of
PASS
and I really have no clue what the other options might be
Make sure to thank rho when the hand is over for warning you about the
danger to your otherwise bid many times spade suit:)

But no bit is happy from many downs here. If they bet maybe you can try a sacrifice 3nt.
Sure that the XX bet here is ulta bad. Support opponent great ♠ hand

I passed, and was sad that I could not save the overtrick. And there was nothing particularly unusual about the layout, given we already know East and South are void in spades:
I conceded -870. The person with my cards on the same auction bid 3NT over 2S, "because he was afraid his partner would not reopen with a double!" That made an overtrick +630. So 17 IMPs out, and I did not think I did anything wrong!

Sadly I dealt it by hand. And my shuffle certainly stopped 4-3-3-3 ten counts!

And clearly this is a Karapet hand. Has to be. Are you Armenian?
Sometimes I use big words I don't fully understand to make myself seem more photosynthesis.
