I have a temperamental ex-wife in Perth. Stay far far away :)

Bridge Association of Western Australia is the place to start.

www.bawa.asn.au

Click on Clubs and then Where and When to play. That lists the clubs and sessions that have both supervised beginner and teaching intermediate.

Beside what I note below there are other choices.

South Perth Contact Cassie Morin 9364 6136
Venue Cnr Barker Av/Brittain St Como . 9450 1077
is a good choice for the novice.

Nedlands Contact Ms Lynne Errington 0410 66 2382
Venue 14 Melvista Ave, Nedlands 9386 8166
is a good choice for you.

I have played in both clubs but its been long time.
