GIB double Depends on human explanation

At the first table above, GIB doubles the 4H overcall, but at the second table the very same overcall is passed out. Why?
The only difference between the two auctions is with the "explanation" of the 4H overcall.

So can you fool the GIB by offering some special explanations, to avoid getting doubled?

GIB simulates some number of hands and then decides to bid. What happened is that they got different results on the success of doubles and follow up auctions. It really had nothing to do with the human explanation.
