MP's. 6♥ also made 7 when QJ was doubleton but 7♠ is better. And 7NT much better at MP's. What route do you recommend?

Hmm.. my precision sequence would work if north bid 2♦ instead of 3, but...
1♣ - 1♠ (3♦)
3♠ - 4NT
5♣ - 5♦
7NT

1♣ = 15+ or 17+ balanced
1♠ = Positive, natural
3♠ = Trump Asking Bid
4NT = 5 or more ♠s to the AKQ
5♣ = asking
5♦ = No club control (Jxx or worse)
7NT = We have 5 spades, 2 hearts, a diamond, and 3 clubs off the top and hopefully clubs break or you have ♣Jxx or you have 4 clubs or you have the queen of hearts and the jack drops or the jack and the finesse works or there's a singleton honor in hearts offsides or you happen to have ♥Q ♦Kx in addition to AKQxx of spades

Maybe 7♠ is a better percentage chance than 7NT but 7NT has a lot of chances so...
If it's IMPs I bid 7♠ instead of 7NT obviously
