You can double if you want, but the next thing you will know is that it is your turn to lead.

EDIT: Declarer was a passed a hand sorry, so opener was in third or 4th position not sure.

What did 3 mean?

If it was Fourth Suit Forcing, I lead a diamond. If it was natural, I still lead a diamond, but for different reasons.
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn

If it was natural, isn't it quite tempting to lead K?

My guess would be a , but given the title, perhaps it's right to lead the T catering to declarer's A9 and dummy's Jxxx?

Depends if E has his X-ray goggles in really.

[sarcasm] doesn't everybody lead 9 from hand if you lead a club [/sarcasm]

Think I was leading a diamond too.

Maybe we'll beat them on all the other boards.

How did it go at the other table(s)? 1NT opening? or East had an assumed fit preempt available? 3NT looks normal enough. Do the opps have one of those agreements where West is never allowed to be the first to bid NT in an auction?
