Help
When I try to kibitz at a table, an error message appears "Spectator chat disabled". This is when I can see other players kibitzing. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

New users aren't allowed to chat at tables with lots of kibitzers.

Oh.. ok. What qualifies as a new user? And how many kibitzers at a table is too many? I was hoping to just ask a couple questions in the course of watching a game.

20 players is too many.
Newbie criteria is a combination of length of time since your account was created and total number of logins. We don't document the specifics, because we don't want players knowing how to get around our restrictions.
