5♦ in all cases. Bid what I think I can make.
There is just too much information that I would like to convey to partner and no sensible way to convey it. So, at the risk of repeating myself, I will just bid what I think I can make. I don't see a rational way to convey first round control of the opponents' suit and long and strong diamonds.

There is just too much potential here to sign off in 5d.
We are looking at 6 if p has as little as xxx KQTx Kx Axxx
and it is unlikely p started with x with that hand so we
can generally expect more. There indeed is no rational
way to show first round spade control and all this firepower
so we bid what we think we can make and bid
6d.

6♦ for me, maybe pd has xx, AKQx, Kxx, Jxxx, bet they lead a spade or a trump

If you are going to bid 6♦, why not bid 4♠ first?

Because it leaks information to the opening leader, and exploring seven is almost impossible (and this is as good a way to explore seven as any). Not that that I would bid Six - just saying.
This looks like a perfect hand for the snappily named "4NT = a good 5m response" convention.

If you bid 4♠, wouldn't partner believe hearts to be trumps? If that is a possibility the 6♦, if not then why not 4♠?

I think pard will just cuebid, probably 5♣ which opens you up to a lead directing double or without one, a heart lead from an astute defender.
