Now?
comments on the defense so far?
What is left except playing partner for the diamond king?
Declarer is marked with 11-13 HP balanced and from dummy's club discard with the heart queen.
You simply must hope that declarer has

I have a minor quibble with the defense and a big one with the bidding.
Not cashing the spade queen will take it 2 down if partner has the diamond king, but would be a disaster if partner has six spades and no diamond king.
However, partner would not have introduced a 4 card diamond suit headed by the queen with six spades to the king.
Since 4
♠ makes if partner has the diamond king, two down is important. An overtrick in 3NT doubled is not.
I would have super accepted, despite the low high card point. This hand got huge after the transfer and even if partner is broke 3
♠ is more likely to create problems for them than for us.
As the bidding continued doubling 3NT is a big error in judgment. 4
♠ stands out.
