look at the explanation of 2♠ - I almost definitely do NOT have 3 - i did not support double, so even Gib should know its only 2.
Also - even if I have the described hand, Gib doesnt have the 4!s bid in any case.

"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."

You mean they should have programmed to exclude options ignored from bids made. Given they give that rediculous bid description of your proposed correction to 2♠ then you really have to pass that 2♥. GIB has what he promises or nearly but its still absurd.

Opener rebids are adjusted.
Initial pass will carry info 2- in bidded major from responder.
Then if you bid it will carry info 2♥/2♠.
Which in particular hand means GIB won't consider possible game based on 11 and max 14TP in partner.
Responder's 2♥ should be 5+♠ 4+♥. It's fixed also. 2♥ -> -- 4+ ♥; 5+ ♠; 11- HCP; 8-12 total points
