The following (sadly) was the high point of today's dinner
(aka, the soup misfired badly)
Very easy to make, very good
(it was th wrong time of the year for buratta, so I substituted a nice light chevre)
2 pounds brocollini blanched
4 large crimini mushrooms (mandoline paper thin)
1/2 large red onion (mandoline paper thin)
1/2 cup black olives (rough chopped)
1/2 cup sherry vinegrette

We are expecting company Saturday so I passed this on to my wife. She said she would be really happy to eat this when you are here and fix it.
