+1 for 3N, obvious how this might work out really badly but seems like the best bid

I would be worried about the 2H bidder making a Watson double and his partner leading a spade.

I would be also, but I'm too preoccupied worrying about an anville dropping on my head.

Sometimes I don't even have to look at who upvoted a post or another and I already know.
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

What would have happened if partner has opened 1NT?

Strange idea. With 15 HCP and balanced, why open 1NT?
"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."
