OK, for some reason I need to know how you figured this out....I can see the total # of posts in the board statistics section, but how do you find out which post was which number?

When 333335 posts had been made I checked the "new posts" and Rob's post was 3rd on the list. So I agree that Rob was nr. 333333.

I'm not sure this will work. I think other actions, like private messages, or votes, also count as a "post" and will be assigned a post number.
