Mouse clicks frequently have to click x2

Not sure if this is new. But I think it's somewhere in the new version.

I will try 4.9.4 and see if it goes away.

But what i notice many times today when i played was that clicking a card did not have the expected action of playing it. 4.9.3. windows 98
